Our property valuations involve an expert valuer attending your property to gain an accurate impression of the condition, layout and also unique features of your property which could help to sell your property. Our valuer will also assess for any damages and or issues that could impact on the sale of the property.

We then report these issues for documentation so the new home owners or tenants can be informed on the past issues with the property. Not addressing these issues could lead to a lower property value if the issues have not been sorted, meaning that you or the seller could lose out on a sale. 

Valuation appointments usually take less than an hour, but can be longer or shorter depending on the circumstances. 

We recommend that prior to a valuation appointment, preparation can make a worthwhile difference and will also allow the valuer to see the entire property without interruption. It is also recommended to make note of any questions you may have about the selling process as the valuer will be able to help with this at the appointment or can find out this information for you. 

It is also important to notify our valuer of any improvements or alterations that have been made to the property since you have bought it. 

We will then calculate the valuation of your property by using similar properties that have been sold or are available for sale in the local area.
